Christina is a strategist and executive with 15+ years of experience building brands and leading teams. Currently, she runs Break the Future, a consultancy that positions startups, and purpose-led companies for growth. She is also co-founder of Mindalt, a digitally-native mood-enhancing natural deodorant, where she led marketing through 2021. Prior to these ventures, Christina relaunched the women's channel at Forbes, positioning it as a digital platform for entrepreneurial women and achieving 35% YOY growth.

Christina's background as an award-winning brand strategy director has spanned multiple industries and sectors (CPG, beauty, wellness, luxury, tech). She began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi and went on to work Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve, Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners, Fahrenheit 212 and WPP's The Futures Company, working on iconic brands such as Olay, Target, Diageo and Dell. She is also the founder of 40:20 Vision, a mentorship platform to facilitate wisdom exchange between generations.
