Nicola is a Creative Director and brand builder with over 20 years of experience across advertising, branding, digital
and design. She has built her career creating brands, campaigns and ideas that connect with people.
Her experience spans agency and in-house leadership, working across brand strategy, creative direction, campaigns, content and digital for well-known brands and businesses. With a strong background in both creative and commercial worlds, she brings a thoughtful, instinctive approach to building brands that feel clear, considered and engaging.
In 2015, Nicola moved from agency life into an in-house Creative Director role for an ASX-listed household brand,
where she built and led an internal agency embedded within the business. Working closely with the people behind
the brand, she helped shape more connected creative and a stronger brand presence from the inside out.
That experience changed the way she works. It showed her the value of being close to the heart of a brand, understanding its people, its pressures and its potential. Today, she partners with businesses and founders to create brands with clarity, character and emotional connection.
She is most passionate about helping brands find what makes them distinctive, then bringing that to life through
identity, campaigns, digital and content.
